Product Application
The brake pedal valve is used to control the service brake system. Its general functions include:
- Service brake control – When the pedal is pressed, the internal piston moves forward, closes the bypass hole, and builds hydraulic pressure. Brake fluid is delivered to the wheel cylinders or brake calipers, pushing the brake pads against the brake disc to create braking force.
- Power cut-off linkage – During braking, the valve can trigger the transmission control valve to cut off the shift oil circuit, helping the transmission shift into neutral and preventing engine power from interfering with braking.
- Automatic return and release – When the pedal is released, the piston returns under spring force, and excess brake fluid flows back to the reservoir, releasing the brake.
